Currently, AQ Official operates online only. We do not offer in-store returns or exchanges at this time.
Return & Exchange Window
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Item must be in original condition
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Customized or altered products
- Accessories (if applicable)
Return Process
- Contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp with your order details
- Our team will guide you through the return process
- Securely pack the item and send it back as instructed
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only applicable for size issues (subject to availability)
- If your desired size is unavailable, you may opt for a return
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after the item passes our quality check
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer / store credit
- Processing time may take 5–7 working days
Important Notes
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
- AQ Official is not responsible for items damaged during return transit
- Items that do not meet our policy conditions will not be accepted
